The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) Tuesday, called off its five months old strike.
The decision to call off the strike was made public in Minna, Niger State at a press conference.
Contrary to reports, that the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) had called off its 5-month long strike, the union is said to have stated that it will announce its final decision today.
The striking lecturers held a National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting yesterday in Minna, the capital of Niger, to make final deliberations on the strike action.
